Melissa has been with American Family for several years. First, as an Auto Adjuster in claims and now as a Customer Service Representative in the agency. She enjoys helping insureds when they are working through their claims. Melissa & her husband Jason have 3 children. Most of their time is spent watching swim meets, volleyball tournaments, theater productions and baseball. They also enjoy traveling with their family to warm and sunny locations.

Paula joined the Kansas Dream Team in February of 2024, and has been working in insurance since 2023. She moved to Kansas from Colorado Springs in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Lawrence and surrounding areas, going to the lake, and spending time with her children and pets

Talena joined Kansas Dream Team at the end of 2021 when she and her family moved to Kansas. She grew up south of Topeka and has lived in several states over the last 18 years, most recently Texas, but was excited at the opportunity to move her family back to her home state. When Talena isn’t at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 kids & their many pets. She also loves cooking (especially on her Big Green Egg) & crafting.
